Chantrey Road
An open brief resulted in a triangular zinc clad form pulled out from the rear of a typical terrace Victorian house. Measuring at a modest 5 sqm of additional floorspace, this little extension packed a visual punch whilst completely transforming the internal spaces. Natural light now floods in from above. At ground floor, this triangular double height space hosts the dining table, above which a gallery-level study surveys with uninterrupted views to the garden and foliage of the existing Lime tree.
