St Mark’s Crescent is a quiet residential street located within a conservation area close to Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. Having worked on the property previously, we were approached by the client to completely refurbish the house and work is progressing well.

We recently installed a skylight dome for the client. The dome sits above the stairway and creates an area of natural light that helps to illuminate previously dark spaces. Using plywood ribs with a spacing of 75mm, we attached an EML mesh which was then plastered with hard wall and finished with a skim coat. The house retains many of the most significant and elegant original details, including ceiling roses and sash windows – all whilst supporting the sensibilities of new modern additions.
